Hoy no pondré la receta de la paella que preparé, primero porque es muy laboriosa de hacer y escribir la receta sería muy tedioso, ya que existen muchas recetas al acceso en la Internet, y segundo, porque al ser mi primera paella que preparo, me percaté que la elaboración de la misma es muy versátil, y depende mucho del toque del cocinero que la prepara. Así que anímense a buscar cualquier receta y pónganle su toque de preparación. No está de más decir, que quedó fabulosa esta primera paella que preparé, a pesar de que es la primera vez que la hago, me tardé mucho en elaborarla y en cortar los ingredientes, los cuales son muchos, de seguro las que siguen quedaran mucho más presentables y mejores.
