Foto receta de Arepa con Perico / Photo recipe of arepa with perico (traditional meal in venezuela)

Ok will see how is this blog entry I am doing, the other day (yesterday) I made Arepa (Traditional Venezuelan Meal)  with Perico (Scramble eggs with onions and tomato, also with Pepper if you have, Oh! I put ham on it.) and I took pictures how I made them.

Primero hacer la Masa con Harina Pan. (harina, agua y un poco de Sal)

First you knead the corn flour (Harina Pan). (flour, water and some salt)

Make the arepa tipical form. Rounded

Put them in the tostiarepa (Is like a Toaster to make Arepas, is awesome)

Perico Recipe (Scramble Eggs with Tomato and Onions) you could put Pepper.. Didn't have at that time.

After you chop the onions and tomato, put in a skillet and fry them add the eggs and make the scramble eggs... you can add ham as I did.. Is an add.

Make your coffe as you like, serve the Arepas and stuff them with margarine and the Perico already made.

Disfrutenlas como yo Hice.

Enjoyed them... As i did.

Hola Armando... you have the tostiarepa machine. That makes the whole process so much easier.

I have a recipe for making arepas by hand and some other fillings on a great blog I found by a loco Englishman who spent a long time in Venezuela:
