En la Inaguración de una tienda de celulares / At a Mobil Phone Store Inaguration

El pasado 28 de Febrero de 2008 pasé un momento por la inaguración de una tienda de celulares de una amiga. Estuvo amena con bendición por un cura y todo, gente muy bonita y placentera todo con mucha clase, deseo que tengan mucho exito en esta nueva tienda y que todas sus espectativas se le cumplan. Hablando de la tienda es muy CHEVERE.. todos los nuevos jugueticos tecnológicos los veran en esa tienda, los Mp3 Camaras telefonos computadoras y todos en uno también o sea telefono, reproductor mp3 computadora camara etc. Decorada con altisimo estilo y clase es una tienda que merece verla e ir si puedes tambien comprar en ella.

On February 28th, 2008 at approximately 5 pm, I had the pleasure of attending an opening of a cellular store that is owned by one of my friends. There was a very nice blessing done by a Priest, and also attending were some of the communities upstanding citizens. I wish my friend all the success in the world on her new adventure and hope all her expectations are fulfilled. Now I would like to share a little about the store itself. To begin with I thought it was very modern and cool (Chevere as we say here). They carry all the new technological gadgets imaginable. They have Mp3 players, mobile camera phones, computers, and cameras. The store is very high end as seen so by its decor and style of the showroom. The store deserves to be seen by all, and hopefully you will have the opportunity to see and enjoy it sometime in the future.

CREAM OF PESTO SAUCE

Preparation: 20 min Baking 10 min/Calories by Ration: 663 Kcal./6 Portions

INGREDIENTS:
500 GRAMS OF SPAGHETTI
WATER Lts SALT CREAM OF PESTO SAUCE
2 CUPS FRESH LEAVES OF BASIL
4 CLOVES GARLIC
1 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP ALMONDS, NUTS Or PINE NUT
1 SPOON OF SALT
1/2 CUP OF CHEESE PARMESANO Or PECORINO BLACK PEPPER GROUNDED RECENTLY
LEAVES OF BASIL TO ADORN
1 MILK CREAM CAN OF LA CAMPESINA®

PREPARATION

Mix well the olive oil, the salt, garlic, the leaves of basil, the almonds, nuts or pinions and the black pepper.

Once mixed, add the parmesano or pecorino cheese and stir well. Add the MILK CREAM LA CAMPESINA® and warm up, without leaving boil.

Cook in the boiling water spaghetti with salt for eight minutes so make it al dente. Slip spaghetti and serve mixed them with the cream of pesto sauce. Dust parmesano cheese each plate.

2 L DE AGUA
SAL
SALSA PESTO A LA CREMA
2 TAZAS DE HOJAS DE ALBAHACA FRESCAS
4 DIENTES DE AJO
1 TAZA DE DE ACEITE DE OLIVA
1/2 TAZA DE ALMENDRAS, NUECES O PIÑONES
1 CDTA DE SAL
1/2 TAZA DE QUESO PARMESANO O PECORINO RALLADO
PIMIENTA NEGRA RECIEN MOLIDA AL GUSTO
HOJAS DE ALBAHACA PARA ADORNAR
1 LATA DE CREMA DE LECHE LA CAMPESINA®
PREPARACION
Licuar el aceite de oliva, la sal, los ajos, las hojas de albahaca, las almendras, nueces o piñones y la pimienta negra recien molida.
Una vez licuado, agregar el queso parmesano o pecorino y revolver bien.
Agregar la CREMA DE LECHE LA CAMPESINA(R) y calentar, sin dejar que hierva.
Cocinar la pasta en agua hirviendo con sal por ocho minutos para que quede al dente
Escurrir los espaguetis y servirlos ya mezclados co la salsa pesto a la crema.
Espolvorear queso parmesano cada plato.

Día fatal en la historia de Venezuela. No muchos le gusta esta fecha ya que significa una fecha de mucha angustia y desesperación, en la que un militar actualmente el "dirigente" del país, intentó un golpe de estado, el cual fracasó pero dejó muchas secuelas muerte y desolación.
